1. General Information
Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory information. In rare cases, discrepancies may occur, which may prevent us from fulfilling part of your order at the time of purchase. If this happens, we will contact you to offer either to wait for the product to be restocked or to receive store credit of an equivalent or higher value.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. Shipping fees are charged at the time of purchase and represent the final amount payable for delivery.
3. Returns

4. Shipping Conditions
International orders are generally delivered within approximately 4 days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 days depending on the shipping method and supplier.
4.1 Delivery Timeframes
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after payment is received. You have 24 hours to modify your delivery address.
Our team contacts our logistics partners Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
Once an order is placed with Camille & Manon, the maximum processing time is 3 business days. During busy periods, delivery may take between 1 and 2 weeks.

4.4 Delivery Address Changes
We can modify the delivery address as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
4.5 P.O. Box Delivery
Camille & Manon deliver to P.O. boxes only via postal services. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
4.6 Military Address Delivery
We can deliver to military addresses via national postal services. Courier delivery is not available.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer either to wait for restocking or to receive store credit of a higher value.
4.8 Delivery Delays

5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to follow carrier updates.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the parcel. If you were not present during delivery, please contact our customer service at contact@camille-manon.com.

VAT is included in the product price at the time of ordering from Camille & Manon.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy available at the bottom of our website.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured against loss or damage up to the amount specified by the carrier. If the postal service confirms that a parcel has been lost, we will issue a refund, resend the order, or provide a gift card of higher value.

If the postal service confirms that a parcel has been lost, we will send a replacement or offer a gift card at our expense.
